  • Where can I access the app?
    The Cloud Nine Collective app is accessible through your browser and can be conveniently saved to your home screen on both iPhone and Android devices. This ensures you have quick access from your smartphone, while also allowing you to log in on your laptop for a larger screen experience. Additionally, you can use Airplay to stream classes directly from your phone or laptop to an Airplay-compatible TV.
  • How can I reset my password?
    Simply click 'Forgot Password' at the login screen on the mobile app or in your browser, and you'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Alternatively, you can reset your password directly within the 'Profile' section of the app.
  • How do I edit my personal information?
    Navigate to the 'Profile' section of your app, where you can update your personal information, goals, and preferences at any time.
  • Am I too old or too young to use the app?
    Absolutely not! You can achieve your goals at any stage of life. Just make sure to choose a guide and exercises that match your fitness level, and use our feature to swap out any exercise for a more suitable option. Please note, you must be 16 years or older to buy the app, so if you're under 16, we recommend getting permission from a parent or guardian first.
  • What if I’m injured, pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition?
    If you have a pre-existing illness, injury, physical disability, or are pregnant, please consult your healthcare provider before beginning your health and fitness journey. For the incredible mums who are breastfeeding, it's recommended to discuss your Cloud Nine Collective plans with your doctor before starting. You may also want to adjust the intensity of your workouts to suit your individual needs.
  • Do you have a community I can join?
    We have an exclusive WhatsApp community just for Cloud Nine Collective members. It’s a fantastic space to connect with like-minded individuals, share tips, offer support, and showcase your wellness journey. Juju is also part of the group and frequently answers questions on fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle. After signing up, simply request to join, and one of our friendly community managers will grant you access.
  • How can I contact you?

  • I have no WiFi or cellular connection when I travel or at the gym, can I download workouts?
    To download videos offline within the app, follow these steps: Select the workout you wish to download. Tap the download button. Go to the 'Downloads' section in your profile area to access your saved content.
  • How does the fitness section of the app work?
    When you sign up, you'll complete a brief questionnaire to help us match you with the perfect workout guide. Don't worry—you're free to browse and switch guides whenever you like! Once you're matched with a guide, Juju will curate your weekly workouts based on your chosen program. For most guides, you'll receive 4 workouts per week (or 6 for the advanced guide), but you can easily adjust your schedule by adding or removing workouts as needed. Our guides feature fresh content and new workouts weekly to keep things exciting. You can switch guides anytime in the 'My Profile' section. If you're starting with the beginner guide, you'll follow a structured 8-week plan with 3 workouts per week. This guide combines Sweat and Pilates workouts, gradually increasing in difficulty to prepare you for more advanced programs.
  • Do I need equipment?
    All Pilates, Sweat, and Stretch workouts are equipment-free. However, some workouts may benefit from using a band. For Power workouts, you'll need weights and, in some cases, a resistance band.
  • Are the workouts suitable for me?
    We’re committed to making fitness accessible for all ability levels. If you’re new to working out, our 8-week Newbie Guide is perfect for you. Pilates is low-impact and emphasises proper form and mind-muscle connection. It’s ideal for building strength and lengthening muscles without straining your body. For our Sweat and Power workouts, we offer modifications for all high-impact and advanced exercises. Whether you prefer low-impact options or need adjustments to fit your current fitness level, we’ve got you covered!
  • What different workout guides are there?
    We currently offer 8 workout guides: THE 3-2-1 METHOD Juju's signature formula blends Pilates, Weights, and Cardio for a balanced workout. Experience 3 Pilates sessions, 2 Power sessions, and 1 Sweat session per week. This guide includes 6 workouts per week and provides a fresh schedule and workouts every week to keep things exciting. NEWBIE GUIDE New to working out? This 8-week guide is designed to build your foundational strength and stamina. Progress through Pilates and Sweat classes to prepare for more advanced routines. This guide concludes after 8 weeks, setting you up for a smoother transition to our more advanced guides. SCULPT & SWEAT Achieve the perfect balance between the slow burn of Pilates and the high-intensity sweat sessions. This guide offers a mix of both to keep you engaged and challenged. It provides a new schedule and workouts each week, ensuring continual progress and variety. STRENGTHEN & SCULPT Build overall strength with a combination of weighted Power sessions and bodyweight Pilates. This guide features 5 workouts per week and continuously evolves with new schedules and workouts to keep you pushing your limits. SCULPT Focus on lengthening and strengthening with Pilates. This guide emphasises deep muscular burn, core strength, flexibility, and mind-muscle connection. It provides a new weekly schedule and workouts to maintain engagement and growth. TOTAL SWEAT If you love high-intensity, sweat-inducing workouts, this guide is your go-to. Elevate your stamina and enjoy the endorphin boost with a new set of workouts each week. This guide keeps you motivated with a fresh challenge every week. ADVANCED ANGEL Ready for a challenge? This advanced guide includes 6 workouts per week, combining Sweat, Pilates, and Power sessions. You'll need dumbbells and a resistance band. With a constantly evolving schedule and workouts, this guide is perfect for pushing your limits. CYCLE SYNCING Align your workouts with your menstrual cycle. This guide adapts to each phase of your cycle—menstruation, follicular, ovulation, and luteal. To get started, provide details about your cycle length, the start date of your last period, and the duration of your period. Note: This guide is most effective for those with a regular cycle.
  • How can I switch to a different workout guide?
    You can easily switch to a different workout guide at any time by visiting the 'Profile' section of the app.
  • How does the nutrition section of the app work?
    When you first sign up, we'll ask you a series of questions to help us recommend the best meal plan for your goals. You have the flexibility to either curate your own meal plan by selecting your favourite dishes or let us handle it for you. If you choose the latter, we'll populate your planner with a week's worth of meals in advance, so you can plan ahead with ease. We also recognise that not everyone prefers to track calories, so this feature is optional and can be adjusted anytime in your 'Profile' settings.
  • Are the meals suitable for me?
    We recognise that everyone has unique dietary needs and preferences! That's why our meal plans cater to a variety of diets, including vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free options. Plus, you have the flexibility to customise your meals by swapping out ingredients to better suit your personal tastes and requirements.
  • Can I change my dietary preferences?
    Absolutely! You can make changes at any time in the 'My Profile' section.
  • Do I have to track my meals?
    No! If you'd rather not track your meals, simply turn off the feature in the 'My Profile' section. We understand that tracking isn't for everyone, so it's completely up to you whether you want to use this option or not.
  • Do you organise events?
    Yes! We host wellness events throughout London to celebrate special occasions, like Galentine’s Day, and offer our ongoing Sunday Self-Care Series for a holistic wellness experience. Each event features Pilates classes led by Juju, meditation sessions guided by Portia, a curated wellness & beauty goodie bag, and a selection of healthy food and drinks. It’s also a fantastic opportunity to connect with like-minded people. We announce these events across our platforms, including our newsletter, social media, and website.
  • Do you organise retreats?
    Yes! We host an annual retreat at a luxurious, dreamy boutique wellness hotel in Mykonos. This retreat is more than just workouts; it’s a holistic experience. In addition to the signature Cloud Nine classes led by Juju, we delve into our divine energy and engage in transformative inner work through inspiring workshops. Early bird tickets are announced at the end of each year and are available across all our platforms, including our newsletter, social media, and website.
  • What does my subscription include?
    Your subscription gives you unlimited access to the Cloud Nine Collective app, which includes: Over 200 follow-along workout videos including Pilates, Sweat, Yoga, Power, Stretch and Meditations (with new content added weekly!) Personalised cycle syncing 8 workout guides to choose from, from beginner to advanced. A custom workout planner - we know everyone’s schedule is different so you have the freedom to add/remove workouts to suit you. Over 100 dietician-approved recipes with loads of options whether you’re vegan, pescatarian vegetarian or gluten-free…we’ve got options for you! A custom meal planner so you can stay on top of your nutrition. Access from your phone, tablet and laptop! ​ ​
  • Does my subcription automatically renew?
    Yes, your subscription will automatically renew according to the plan you selected—monthly, quarterly, or annually.
  • Can I cancel my subcription at any time?
    Of course! While we’d be sorry to see you go, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to Cloud Nine will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Given the nature of the product, we’re unable to offer refunds.
